I am a DT for Gecko Galz, and the challenge for May is VINTAGE BOTANICALS

My submission is called HOPE

I created a shrine featuring the wonderful botanical digital images from GG

Supplies used:

Shrine template-found on google

Chipboard sheet
Vintage Visions Mini Paper Pack
French Botanical Collage Sheet
Botanical Gems Collage Sheet
Charming Words Collage Set
Paper flowers
Brads
Wrought iron gate printed on transparency
Solid color cardstock
Sun face paper die cut
Pop dots

Trace shrine template onto chipboard and cut out. Score the crease and bend.
 Cut out 2 shrines on your choice of paper from the Vintage Visions paper pack. Score the crease on both papers. Adhere to the chipboard shrine,

Cut out your choice of botanical elements from either of the above sheets. Layer over the solid cardstock and cut out. Cut out some flowers and set aside

Glue a couple of the layered squares to the middle shrine background.
Place the gate transparency over the center shrine using the pop dots.

Decorate shrine using your layered squares and cut out florals.
Cover the pop dots you see with the decorations and flowers

Add brads to the center of your paper flowers, and glue in and around your botanicals.

Add the sun face die cut to the top.

Choose a word from the Charming word sheet, cut out, edge with distress ink, and place in the center of the shrine.
